  13. nowadays many programs have buttons with nice little hints box, when
  14. the mouse passes over, sometimes named Ballon Help.
  15. I'm using a regoular copy of Borland C++ 4.5, that have not ballon's
  16. library.
  17. Can anyone tell me if exist a downlodable library with ballons code?
